At the start, your project manager works with you to understand and, where needed, document your needs and requirements. In our experience this is the most important part of the process, so we take the time to understand your business before recommending a solution.
Proposal and estimate for your approval

Based on your requirements and our experience, we design the solution that suits your business best and lowers your total cost of ownership.

Your project manager sends you the proposal with a time and cost estimate for approval. The estimate sets the major milestones and the delivery schedule.
We implement

Output: Weekly reports

We develop to industry best practice, so you get commercial-grade quality and every agreed milestone is met.

You always know where the project stands: standardised weekly reports and regular contact by chat, email or phone. You get your own account in our ticket system to follow every project and task online, or we work in your project-management tool if you prefer.

If something is going wrong, we raise the flag early, share our recommendation and give you the news in time, good or bad. That ownership is what we expect from everyone on our team.
We deliver

Output: 3-month warranty

After the build and internal QA, we deploy using the agreed deployment process.

Every delivery comes with a 3-month warranty, provided the environment and the software we wrote have not been modified. Any issue in that period is fixed at no extra cost.
